Intellias Information Management department (IMD) is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to navigate the opportunity at our fast-growing and fast-changing company. Our team is focused on the development and implementation of new functionality for Intellias in-house time-tracking system and corporate site support. The system provides functionality for efforts reporting by employees and time-sheets creation for project invoicing needs. The high demand for new functionality and integrations of our system with other corporate systems is caused by Intellias' active growth. 

Aligned with Intellias vision, your daily challenges will range from working with solution requirements, enhancing product consistency, and recommending solutions that deliver the best value to the product, stakeholders and company.

  • Work as a Business Analyst in a complex IT software landscape in a cross-cultural multi-national environment;
  • Elicit, analyze and document solutions requirements from various stakeholders;
  • Define software acceptance criteria and validate the product against them;
  • Break down and decompose stakeholder and solution requirements to a manageable level and translate them to the development team;
  • Help with defining quality attributes (non-functional requirements) including external interfaces and constraints;
  • Facilitate prioritization of requirements;
  • Evaluate the implications of proposed changes to requirements;
  • Create and maintain software requirements documentation;
  • Help to maintain the product roadmap;
  • Collaborate closely with product team and technical specialists to ensure successful delivery;
  • Educate development team about product features and functionality;
  • Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders;
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement of established internal processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis;
  • Hands-on working experience in the field of software development, clear understanding of principles and specifics of SDLC;
  • Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments;
  • Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques;
  • Knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN);
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (Balsamiq, Axure, Figma);
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);
  • Thorough understanding of functional principles of corporate IT systems;
  • Deep understanding of IT company organization, functions, roles and responsibilities;
  • Strong analytical skills for a critical assessment of information from numerous sources;
  • Ability to work independently and mindfully as part of a cross-functional team;
  • Ability to modify approach as per changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances and feedback;
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills;
  • High level of personal effectiveness, initiative and pro-activity;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
