In the Intellias Automotive Team we are looking for people who are keen on Technologies in general, and Automotive technologies in particular, who are driven by the desire to help people and “connect dots” within the organization, which leads to general success.

We open the position of Presales Manager to join the Automotive Team to cover the demand in the Automotive domain. In the Presales Manager role, we expect you to be responsible for the alignment and synchronization of multiple teams involved in the presales process and initiatives, constantly performing under time pressure, and managing several activities in parallel, dealing with a high uncertainty environment, natural for the presales stage.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in close collaboration with Automotive Sales and Account Management, Delivery, and Marketing Teams to support business-generating activities;
  • Coordinate bid teams, facilitate the communication within the teams, and advise on the best bidding practices and approaches;
  • Lead the process of RFI preparation and proposal development: from internal meeting organization to coordination of high-quality proposals creation for new and existing clients;
  • Support the maintenance, collection, and contribution to the Automotive knowledge base (proposal templates and database, general presentations, case studies, value propositions, and other sales/presales supportive materials);
  • Support Sales and Account Management with CRM checks, clean-up, and updates;
  • Provide support to Sales and Account Management with Account meetings, QBRs, Account development plans, etc.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT Outsourcing Industry, business development activities, or tender management;
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC approaches, and IT Outsourcing business model;
  • Understanding of presales and bidding processes;
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite: strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Experience in using Pipedrive (or any other CRM system), Confluence, JIRA;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills;
  • Fast learner capable of acquiring new expertise;
  • Self-organized, pro-active, positive;
  • Excellent attention to details, along with the analytical mindset and “just right” mix of perfectionism and result-orientation;
  • Ability to work as a part of the team as well as independently;
  • English: Upper Intermediate and higher.
Nice to have:
  • Automotive domain background or understanding of the Automotive technological landscape;
  • Previous experience of presales: leading presale phase or being involved in presales activities for new or existing clients as a consultant;
  • Experience in working with Power BI reports;
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
